The primary purpose of this website is to communicate the beauty and simplicity of yoga philosophy. Given the often-diverging philosophies and messages in regards to yoga, it is important for practitioners - teachers and students alike, to understand what it is that they are practising when they are engaged in the practice. It is not the intention to provide definitive answers or conclusions, but to assist in the enquiry and understanding of the self.
The articles are written from the perspective of life and the human experience, and are firmly grounded in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
I hope that they inspire you to understand and express your authentic self.

A journey in simplicity.
In the many experiences of study, travel, reflection, and time with beautiful teachers, I’ve made a point to try and understand what life is. Through teaching yoga, I am fortunate to be able to bring the joyful simplicity of yogic wisdom to my students, friends, and peers.
